Equipment for Boys and Girls does vary so please check out the guidelines below when considering what equipment to purchase for your player.

For Girls:

• Stick
• Lacrosse Helmet (NOCSAE approved) (Hockey helmets are not acceptable) and attached mouth guard
• Shoulder Pads
• Arm Pads
• Gloves ( Hockey gloves do not flex properly for lacrosse )
• Athletic supporter with protective cup
• Rib pads are strongly recommended!
• Rubber Sole cleats (soccer cleats are fine)
